I teach Resiliency & De-escalation to individuals, businesses, and government organizations. I am a mission driven entrepreneur, a research connoisseur, and a passionate professor.

Since beginning my training and research in 2011, I have written many scholarly peer reviewed publications that have been downloaded and read thousands of times. I am an expert in De-escalation, contacted weekly for my expert opinion, constantly interviewed on news channels, newspapers, and podcasts across US and Canada. I have trained thousands of professionals in my revolutionary approach that is proven to decrease violence by 41%, decrease time with problem clients by 41%, decrease complaints by 20%, and increase participant confidence by 32%.
